Short or long? Pick one.

Three NCLEX-style cases, each cut twice. Same case, same twist, same bridge page; only the time to think changes. Cases 1 and 2 use the One Detail look; case 3 uses the client app's own design. Watch both cuts of a case on a phone, then play the live page next to them. At the bottom: the long cut again, now with people in it.

Short cut · 24 to 25 s

The answers are read, a 3, 2, 1 ring runs, then “Picked one? Remember it.” About 4 seconds to choose. Built to be watched to the end.

Long cut · 40 s

A 10 second count with prompts every few seconds, then after the twist a second 5 second count: keep it or switch? Built for people who play along.

What decides it

Watch time and the share of full views in TikTok and Instagram analytics, plus clicks to the page per cut (the links carry utm_content=short, long or people).

With people · 40 s

The long cut with photos of nurses and patients made with AI. It tests one thing: does a face in the first second keep more people past the hook?

Case 1 · Compartment syndrome

The cast

Leg cast, pain 7/10, toes fine. New detail: pain 9/10 despite his last dose, and it spikes when his toes are stretched. The answer flips from treating the pain to calling the provider.

Short cut · 24 s

A 3, 2, 1 count while the answers are read. One decision.

New · long cut with people

Same three cases, now with people

A face in the first second, the patient behind the case, and the twist shown on a photo. Three nurses from different backgrounds, shot like phone photos from a real shift. Every photo is made with AI (Codex, gpt-6.1-terra): it only illustrates the case, and no nurse or patient ever gives a quote or a review.

Case 1 · with people · 40 s

Hook: a night shift nurse looks into the camera. Case: the young man in the leg cast. Twist: the same man, now in pain.

Before posting
  • Post the file with its built-in music as original audio.
  • Instagram: turn on the AI label (the narrator is a synthetic voice). TikTok and YouTube don't require it for a generic narrator.
  • Cuts with people: turn on the AI label on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The photos show realistic people who don't exist; never present them as real nurses, quotes or reviews.
  • Instagram: ask an open question in the caption, never “comment A or B”.
  • TikTok shows a bio link only after 1,000 followers or with a verified business account.
How the bridge page works
  • Same case as the reel, pick A or B, say how sure you are.
  • One new line appears; keep or switch.
  • Both versions side by side, then a twin case and the step into the app.
  • No sign-up, no cookies. Every step is counted per cut and per platform.
